  • Height: 5’6” - 6’5” (male) and 5’0” - 5’ 9” (female).
  • Activity Level: Assumes moderate activity outside of workouts.
  • Metabolic Rate: Calories and macros are based on average maintenance levels for each fitness level.
  • No Special Health Conditions: Assumes clients have no specific health issues (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular conditions) that would impact exercise or dietary needs.
  • General Fitness Goals: Designed for typical goals such as muscle gain, fat loss, or maintenance, without specialized needs (e.g., athletic performance).
  • Beginner to Advanced: Programs are labeled according to general experience and skill level; “intermediate” and “advanced” programs assume prior weightlifting experience.
